Propaganda is excited to announce that we have joined forces with Autonomy Music Group to launch Propaganda Records.

Propaganda is the UK’s biggest indie club night, with twenty weekly nights across the UK, as well as in Australia, America and Brazil. Every week over 20,000 people attend the nights, totalling to the size of a festival. Ed Sheeran, James Corden, Mumford & Sons, Bastille, Ellie Goulding, Two Door Cinema Club and Catfish & The Bottlemen have all played live or DJed at Propaganda.

Autonomy Music Group was created by Richard Engler and David Rowell, and recently celebrated its tenth birthday. The company are music industry pioneers, and represent artists from around the world. As managers they put Feeder back in the top 10 last year, and have also been crucial to the early success of Communion Records.

Propaganda was launched by DJ Dan at the age of twenty in Bristol. Dan comments: “I have known Richard and David for a number of years. We have been discussing Propaganda Records for a long time and I could not have wished for better partners in this really exciting project.  I’m thrilled to be working together on it.”

Richard comments : “We are so excited. Propaganda have a loyal fanbase and between us we’re finding great new talent and exposing it to a ready audience.” Speaking to Music Week David says Propaganda Records will “break artists, in a new way, while sticking to the traditional values of great songs and great live bands”.

Propaganda Records’ first release will be in Summer 2017. It will feature a live tour across Propaganda’s club nights, limited edition vinyl and digital release.
